Dr. Pamoda Perera is an esteemed Director and Executive Leader, overseeing the management of several prominent companies, including Panam Agri Business, Panam Biotech, Panam Adflare, and Panam Trading. With over six years of invaluable research experience in the dynamic fields of microbiology, nanotechnology, materials, and polymer chemistry, Dr. Perera is a driving force in the industry.

Dr. Perera’s journey into the research sector began as a Research Candidate and Microbiologist at the Sri Lanka Institute of Nanotechnology, where he made significant contributions from 2017 to 2021. His groundbreaking work during this period laid the foundation for his continued success in the field. In 2017, Dr. Perera earned his first degree in Biomedical Science from Northumbria University, a testament to his early dedication to the sciences. One of the crowning achievements of Dr. Perera’s illustrious career is the awarding of a Doctor of Philosophy degree (PhD) in “Nanoscience and Nanotechnology” from the prestigious Academy of the Sri Lanka Institute of Nanotechnology (SLINTEC). This doctoral degree represents the culmination of years of dedication and a commitment to pushing the frontiers of scientific knowledge.

As Director and Executive Leader, Dr. Pamoda Perera brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to guide the vision and strategy of Panam Innovation, Panam Agri Business, Panam Biotech, Panam Adflare, and Panam Trading. His passion for innovation and sustainability is at the core of our mission, and his leadership is instrumental in driving us towards a greener, healthier, and more sustainable future. In addition to his roles as Director and Executive Leader, Dr. Perera also serves as a trusted consultant for Agro Mark Eco Solutions, Watt Empire, Sathuta Fertilizer, Sathuta Ceylon Exports, and Vevekon Lanka. His consulting services further extend his influence and expertise in the industry, providing valuable insights and solutions to these esteemed organizations.

Dr. Pamoda Perera is deeply committed to the advancement of research and development in Sri Lanka. He serves as a research consultant and collaborator with several private and public universities in Sri Lanka, including BMS, UOJ, Wayamba University, and SJP. He is especially dedicated to nurturing the next generation of researchers, providing R&D projects for undergraduate students as part of his corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. His goal is to foster growth in the R&D sector in Sri Lanka for the betterment of the nation.
